About the department

Our Game Studio is looking for an experienced Live Ops Manager with proven experience in RPG games, to come and join the ride and take part of the game development from the beginning. You will be responsible for maximizing the lifetime value of our players. You will customize and optimize each player’s journey or each cohort of players' journey and the events, offers. Using data-driven decisions, understanding of our various player personas and what motivates them, segmentation, experimentation, customized events and sales, you’ll also be the voice of our players. You’ll feed back to the design team as you continuously surface areas to improve the player experience and grow the revenue of the game.

You will be the first LiveOps expert to work on this new RPG, and therefore it is a hands-on position of a big scale!

Responsibilities

  • Build a comprehensive and detailed plan for in-game events, including sales, promos, and limited-time events

  • Translate product vision into simple, actionable roadmaps for the live-ope activities

  • Collaborate closely with the Game Design team to create the events and new content

  • Manage LiveOps schedule against platform team (Google and Apple) and their needs in order to maximize game exposure

  • Research and monitor competitors, trends, and audience expectations - independently and in collaboration with the Research team

  • Analytics & KPI Management: make data-influenced decisions, work closely with various analytical tools and Game Analysts.

  • Optimize players segmentation and monetization strategies

  • Administer testing process to define and execute enhancement to conversion rates, sales, and growth

  • To build and manage internal LiveOps tools

What we expect

  • 4+ years in the same role

  • Experience in mobile mid-core games, especially in the RPG genre - is a must

  • Advanced knowledge of the game economy and data analysis

  • Skills in project management and multi-stakeholder environment

  • English- High Level

  • Out of the box thinker

  • High Project Management skills
