We are looking for a talented Level Designer to join our Game Design Department, which has been working on a cross - platform third - person shooter in a realistic setting with innovative gameplay. The project is large - scale and ambitious both from a graphics and design point of view, and from a technical perspective: the team independently controls all stages of creation on the project, from start to finish, because we care deeply about providing players with the best possible experience.

The successful candidate will get the opportunity to influence key decisions at the prototyping, development, art creation, and design stages. Responsibilities

  • Designing and creating unique and engaging levels

  • Implementing layouts, NPCs, interactive objects, player - characters, and other game entities into levels

  • Collaborating with game designers to help develop new gameplay ideas and scenarios, and implementing them into levels

  • Working alongside art teams to prototype and implement detailed, high - quality environments

  • Conducting playtests and analyzing the data gathered

  • Interacting with technical teams to develop and improve the tools and processes used in the creation of levels

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of relevant work experience (preferably with multiplayer shooters)

  • Ability to work out map designs, block out maps, and process feedback from stakeholders by implementing changes swiftly and accurately

  • Understanding of game features that engage players as they navigate the game map

  • Level design experience using Maya, 3ds Max, Unity ProBuilder, or similar 3D editors

  • Understanding of the theory and philosophy of level design

  • Fluency in Ukrainian
