The legal department provides ongoing legal counseling and advice to all business units in the company and its subsidiaries, as well as building professional infrastructure designated to promote and advance the business activity of the company.
On going legal consulting to different business units in the company
Drafting various commercial agreements in English, including software agreements, services agreements, publishing agreements, licenses agreements, cooperation agreements and other types of agreements related to on line commercial activity and IP
At least 5-6 years of professional experience as attorney in a leading law firm or a company in technology fields
written and oral skills in English
Experience in IT, gaming, online advertising or internet fields
Experience in drafting and negotiating agreements including marketing, software and license agreements
Desired hard skills:
Experience of working in a company engaged in the field of IT, gaming, online advertising or internet
Written and oral skills in Russian
