We’re looking for a talented Learning & Development Manager to join our Learning & Development Department, which is responsible for the professional growth and career development of 900+ specialists working in over 30 Departments. The successful candidate will be tasked with organizing efficient and timely educational provision for employees across the company.

Responsibilities

  • Organizing and coordinating the educational process for employees

  • Tracking the workload of language tutors and monitoring employee academic performance

  • Collecting and analyzing feedback from employees

  • Managing the content of our in - house educational platform

  • Communicating with educational service providers as well as preparing contracts and organizing payments for them

Requirements

  • At least 1 year’s experience in any of the following areas: learning and development, project coordination, talent management, or office management

  • Negotiation skills

  • Experience working with Google Sheets and Google Slides

  • Strong customer - oriented approach and willingness to help others

  • English language skills at the intermediate level or higher

  • Fluency in Ukrainian

Desired

  • Ability to work with contracts and certificates

  • Keen interest in gaming
