Junior Legal Counsel - Commercial

The legal department provides ongoing legal counseling and advice to all business units in the company and its subsidiaries, as well as building professional infrastructure designated to promote and advance the business activity of the company.


  • Ongoing legal consulting to different business units in the company, with a focus on marketing.
  • Drafting and advising on various commercial agreements in English, including online marketing agreements, license agreements, cooperation agreements and other types of agreements related to online commercial activity, privacy, and IP.

Hard skills:

  • Experience in drafting and negotiating agreements including marketing, software and license agreements
  • +1 year of professional experience as an attorney in a leading law firm or a company in technology fields
  • Business and commercial oriented
  • Written and oral skills in English
  • Service-oriented
  • Desired hard skills:
  • Experience in online and internet fields
  • Written and oral skills in Russian
  • English: Proficient
  • Core competencies: Professionalism, Responsibility, Collaboration, and Teamwork, Initiative, and Creativity
