We are looking for a talented Jira Administrator to join the Technical Communication team of our Game Design Department. The team is responsible for creating a knowledge base for the company, managing access to different types of information, and developing solutions in the field of technical communication.

Responsibilities

Managing Jira and Jira Service Desk
Advising users on Jira features and best practices
Creating and setting up Jira / Jira Service Desk projects with different workflows, screen schemes, post functions, and validators
Automating Jira projects using the ScriptRunner plugin
Creating and setting up Jira boards, dashboards, and roadmaps
Integrating Jira with other services

What we expect

At least 2 years of relevant work experience
Deep knowledge of Jira / Jira Service Desk functions, including Data Center
Skills in writing JQL queries
Ability to create custom dashboards in Jira
Knowledge of Scrum and Kanban methodologies
Ability to create accurate technical assignments
Fluency in Ukrainian
English language skills at the intermediate level or higher

Desired

Hands-on experience with Groovy
Experience in Jira installation, migration, and plugin setup
