IT Junior Help Desk

The Plarium IT department is the beating heart of the company and the engine that helps the company to grow and evolve. The IT department is responsible for leading an organization's effectiveness by defining, delivering, and supporting strategic plans for implementing information technologies, the internal corporate infrastructure, and production systems.

Job responsibilities:

  • Resolving Helpdesk tickets from users
  • Installing new and repurposing workstations and laptops and gaming/graphical workstations. Includes physical installation and cable sorting
  • Working with multiple OS types (MACOSX, Windows, Linux)
  • User account management – Active directory and GSuite
  • General troubleshooting – printers, workstations, scanners, faxes. Windows and Office and other software
  • Remote software installations and updates
  • Inventory of IT office equipment
  • Supporting conference room systems (cameras, microphones, ZOOM/Skype conferences)
  • Handling network related issues – physical connections and switches
  • Support with gaming consoles and VR

Job requirements:

  • 1 year of experience in Helpdesk support
  • Experience and knowledge of Windows Workstation operating systems and MS Office
  • Added value of knowledge of MACOSX and Linux
  • Experience in hardware support (building and replacement of computer hardware parts, BIOS upgrades, changing faulty parts)
  • Experience in remote support
  • Basic networking knowledge
  • Familiarity with Active directory
  • Familiarity with GSuite applications (Mail, Drive, Calendar)
  • Familiarity with mobile devices (Apple and Android)

In some cases, depending on the position, you will be invited to meet the VP / CEO, for a final decision.
