The Marketing Department is the fastest-growing department at Plarium, and its focus is not merely to expose as many people as possible to our games, but rather to bring our games to true gamers through rigorous analytics!

Our goal is to optimize our campaigns with the most effective combination of graphics, text and reach to make sure that our games reach those unique individuals who would enjoy them the most.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the Google & Search team (Apple Search Ads and more), budget ownership and planning, own all of the search platforms assets and projects

  • Set clear team goals to meet business KPIs, supervise, develop high standards working methods and set deadlines. Develop and share professional knowledge

  • Identify new opportunities, platforms and trends to help drive growth strategies

  • Analyze key performance indicators for continuous optimization to achieve volume, quality, and ROAS goals, and identify areas of opportunity.

  • Recruit, maintain and develop the team members and team - build a passionate, professional, united, enjoyable and performance-driven team

  • Provide strategic leadership and creative thinking tied to the analysis of marketing trends

  • Improve and optimize the performance of creatives, creative analysis and process.

  • Develop initiatives, new insights and process improvements for user acquisition management, launch of new games, analysis, and reporting

  • Build and maintain strategic relationships with key marketing partners

  • Keep management updated on team performance and taking an active part in the strategic planning of the operations

What we expect

  • 3+ years of hands-on user acquisition experience in the mobile space

  • 2+ years of managerial experience

  • Deep understanding and hands-on experience of the mobile ecosystem, Search, Social and Ad networks, including tracking tools, technical integrations, and best practices

  • Strong leadership skills and a proven ability to manage, mentor and develop high performing and highly engaged teams

  • Performance-oriented, heavy mobile marketing and growth understanding

  • Exceptional data analytics skills, advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables, Vlookup, Advanced Formulas) and experience working in a results-driven environment

  • Demonstrated critical strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities

  • Highly effective verbal and written communication, reporting and presentation skills

  • Excellent English skills, both verbal and written

  • Deep understanding of the online gaming industry – a significant advantage

Meeting with HR

After the professional/team lead interview, you will meet with our HR specialist. They will give you more information about your development prospects in the company and provide details regarding our employee benefits program.
