Plarium is an international software development company specializing in mobile and browser MMO games. Our games are currently played by more than 250 million users.

The Game Design & Analytics Department is responsible for game design, analytics, in-game functionality, and game balance across multiple projects. 

The team contains a number of specialists in data analysis, project documentation design, and UX design. They contribute to the creation of technical solutions that enable other teams and departments to work with game data efficiently.


  • Designing and documenting game mechanics
  • Designing game balance
  • Performing data analysis
  • Updating project documentation
  • Designing game interfaces in collaboration with UX designers
  • Maintaining constant communication with other teams (graphic designers, developers, localizers, etc.)
  • Generating ideas and suggestions to improve games


  • At least 3 years of relevant work experience 
  • Good knowledge of common game mechanics (game logic, economy, narrative design)
  • Good knowledge of the gaming industry, with focus on historic and modern trends
  • Knowledge of the principles of game mechanics design and RPG systems
  • Knowledge of the principles of game monetization
  • Ability to communicate ideas in writing


  • English language skills (written and spoken) at the intermediate level or higher
  • Ability to think laterally and analytically

Test task
Our recruiters will ask you to perform a test task. This will allow you to demonstrate your professional skills and give us the chance to evaluate your work.
Waiting for feedback
After you have completed your test task and sent it back to us, we will need up to 5 working days to analyze it. If your test task meets our requirements, you will be invited for an interview with the technical team lead.
Technical interview
This will give you the opportunity to tell us about your experience and allow us to explain the technical aspects of the job. If you live a long way from the studio, we can arrange a Skype interview instead.
Meeting with HR
After the technical interview, you will meet with our HR specialists. They will give you more information on your development prospects in the company and provide details about the employee benefits program.

When the above stages are complete, we will invite you to our studio to make a formal job offer. If you live in another city or country, you can use our relocation program to help you hit the ground running.
