We are looking for an experienced, talented, and technically strong Game Designer to work with us on game design for our new crafting game.
Development and maintenance of design documentation.
Calculation and adjustment of game balance (in-game economy and monetization).
Conducting the development of the functionality (presentation, support of the team in the development process, approval of the implemented functionality).
Development and adjustment of game mechanics.
Analysis and adjustment of the balance together with the analytics team.
Conducting A/B tests.
Development of hypotheses and drafting of recommendations for the development of the project.
2+ years of experience as a game designer on projects in the city builder, farm or survival genre.
Understanding the mechanics of progression in games based on the extraction and processing of resources.
Experience with metagame tools to control target audience motivation.
Ability to calculate and adjust game balance.
Experience in describing systems and compiling documentation for the technical implementation of systems.
English language is not lower than Upper Intermediate level.
Experience in operating the balance in Live Ops conditions.
Unity skills.
Ability to present calculations in Excel tables.
Experience with graphics work (schemes, graphs, mockups).
