We are looking for talented Game Animators to join our RPG Department, which is responsible for developing RAID: Shadow Legends, a mobile MMORPG that combines battle collection mechanics and cutting-edge graphics in a dark fantasy setting. RAID is enjoyed by more than 81 million players worldwide – you can find it on iOS, Android, and PC/Mac.

The animation team consists of over 10 specialists who are responsible for character animation and skinning. The team is involved throughout the full development cycle of a product, from concept to final phase.

Successful candidates will be working on character and boss animations and skins, as well as unique rigging tasks according to the needs of the project and its features. Responsibilities will also include creating character animations in collaboration with celebrities – recent examples of such partnerships include Ronda Rousey and Ninja.

The successful applicant will be able to work at our Warsaw office or remotely from Poland.

• Creating character animations and skins

• Optimizing the animation pipeline

• Improving the quality of animations

• Mentoring junior and mid-level specialists as needed

• 5+ years of experience creating game animations

• Familiarity with Autodesk Maya and Adobe Photoshop 

• Ability to create animations for different types of creatures (real and fantastical)

• English language skills at the intermediate level or higher

• Knowledge of Unity

• Rigging skills

• Acting abilities

• Familiarity with Adobe Premiere or Adobe After Effects
