My name is Yuliia, and I’m Team Lead for the External Promotion Team at Plarium Ukraine and Plarium Poland. We currently have four specialists and are looking for two more people to join the team.
Our specialists write and edit texts, create scripts and advertising campaigns, shoot videos, manage social networks, communicate with media outlets, and develop concepts for our own and sponsored events. We are open to experiments and engage with a range of different tools and platforms, from landing pages and vacancies in Telegram to ads on TV and huge banners on buildings.
Successful candidates will work with recruiters, designers, and event managers, as well as audio and video production specialists to accomplish our brand promotion mission.

Working with recruiters to clarify hiring priorities and solve potential issues
Analyzing the IT market, audiences, and competitors to assist in brand promotion
Editing and proofreading vacancies and test tasks created by recruiters
Developing concepts and ideas for online and offline events such as launches and advertising campaigns
Creating new landing pages and posts for social networks
Editing and posting publications on social networks
Communicating with media representatives to arrange placement of company vacancies and materials
At least three years of experience in advertising, marketing, PR, Employer Branding, or Recruitment Marketing
Experience working with content plans and media plans
Proactiveness in search of new ideas, tools, and platforms to implement our recruitment strategy
Ability to write in a publicistic style and give editing comments and remarks
Fluency in Ukrainian
English language writing skills at the Intermediate level or higher
Experience working in an IT or game development company
Understanding of recruitment and employer branding processes
Officially registered full-time employment
