We are looking for a talented Design Product Manager to join our Branding Design Department, which provides visuals for the Plarium brand including the visual components of its various communications. The Department produces animations, 3D illustrations, large - scale industrial design products, branded apparel, and accessories, as well as environmental design and artwork.

The successful candidate will get the opportunity to implement their own creative ideas, develop unique merch together with a team of experienced designers, and communicate with European contractors to manage the production process.
Planning new additions to branded product lines
Developing and implementing creative approaches to merch design, outdoor advertising, and art installations
Negotiating with suppliers and contractors and managing the production process
Running technical inspections of design layouts and preparing the designs for printing/production
At least 1 year of experience in a printing house, creative agency, or Branding Design team
Familiarity with pre - press preparation, printing, and post - press processes
Strong skills in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and Acrobat Pro
Strong business correspondence and negotiation skills
Fluency in Ukrainian
English language skills at the intermediate level or higher
Basic understanding of sewing technologies and apparel modeling process
Familiarity with any 3D editor at a basic level and understanding of the process of preparing models for 3D printing
Fluency in Polish
Experience working with primary source documentation
