The successful candidate will take ownership of game integration, account management of key players in the gaming industry as well as in house project management within all relevant departments.

Plarium is looking for a Customer Success Manager to join our growing team. In this position you will fill a dynamic and essential client and in-house facing role, interacting and collaborating with clients, project managers, marketing specialists and software developers to deliver outstanding results. Dedicated to our clients’ success and satisfaction, the Customer Success manager serves as the main point of contact with our valued customers.

Responsibilities:

  • Onboarding of new clients in the gaming space.
  • Support business development efforts.
  • Market and competitive research.
  • Own the GTM plan for 3rd party games, to be POC for all the stakeholders internal and external.
  • To be a focal point for 3rd party game developers publishing with Plarium on PC.
  • Establish a customer success strategy and manage all different aspects of integration, performance, statistics, and support for our partners.
  • Work closely with all company units to communicate and prioritize client’s needs.
  • Coordinate the efforts between Tech, Product, Marketing, Finance, Legal, Game studio
  • Build strong relationships with clients and maintain a long-term relationship at the highest level.
  • Analyze and track performance in order to communicate the data to all relevant stakeholders in house and oot.
  • Advocate customer needs/issues cross-departmentally.

What we expect:

  • 3+ years experience in the online advertising industry.
  • Excellent communication skills, written and spoken.
  • Highly proficient in Excel.
  • Detail-oriented, with strong analytical skills.
  • Strong presentation skills.
  • Passion for gaming is a huge advantage.
  • Experience in a coordination position with external partners — an advantage.
  • Experience in project management position — an advantage.
