Our Director of CRM will be responsible for the planning, executing, monitoring, and optimizing our daily engagement of our game campaigns. In this role you will manage the Customer lifecycle management (Acquisition, retention, monetization, about-churn and re-engagement) and Cross players between different games in our wide portfolio to increase the players LTV.
Your main responsibility is maximizing marketing and product opportunities within the game and in the real world. Managing all the players that have ever joined our games across different segments according to their motivation and behaviors. Furthermore, we are looking for someone who has a Business analytical Brain!
