Our Director of CRM will be responsible for the planning, executing, monitoring, and optimizing our daily engagement of our game campaigns. In this role you will manage the Customer lifecycle management (Acquisition, retention, monetization, about-churn and re-engagement) and Cross players between different games in our wide portfolio to increase the players LTV.

Your main responsibility is maximizing marketing and product opportunities within the game and in the real world. Managing all the players that have ever joined our games across different segments according to their motivation and behaviors. Furthermore, we are looking for someone who has a Business analytical Brain!


  • Delivering CRM strategies, Increasing/maximizing players retention, loyalty, and LTV.
  • Manage and develop a team in Israel.
  • Ensuring the database is segmented effectively for targeted marketing and product/game activities.
  • Developing testing strategies for all aspects of the CRM to ensure the most effective approach for the company.
  • Player Journey Mapping - Analyzing touch points within the game and capitalizing on product/game commercial opportunities.
  • Email Marketing, Newsletters and Trigger marketing
  • Constantly optimizing CRM journeys to identify future opportunities for growth.
  • Consult and support the games studios with any Marketing/CRM/Social Media requirements or question, to provide best-in-class service to your internal customers
  • Responsible for the successful implementation, management and day-to-day operation of the CRM activities and automation systems
  • Monitoring results, reacting accordingly, and analyzing it, all while working closely with the studio, product marketing team, creative team, operations team, product owners and BA team.

What we expect:

  • 5+ years' experience in a CRM / online marketing position focused on customer lifecycle - A must (Senior level position)
  • Experience in a gaming company - Must
  • Experience in Gaming Monetization - Must
  • Experienced at delivering multi-channel campaigns
  • Proven experience in delivering creative campaigns in a fast-paced environment.
  • Highly attentive to details, thorough, responsible, and punctual
  • Strong computer skills, ability to learn and operate multiple applications
  • Experience with CRM tools
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Strong problem solving/troubleshooting skills
