Plarium is a multinational software development company specializing in mobile and browser games. We have studios in Tel Aviv, San Francisco, Michigan, Krasnodar, Kyiv, Kharkiv, Lviv, and Odesa. Our games are currently played by 250 million users across 150 countries.

Plarium Kharkiv is looking for talented Community Managers to join our Community Management Department, which manages online communities for 14 Plarium games. The department also generates graphical, video, and text content for these communities.

  • Communicating with players in our online communities
  • Organizing contests and quizzes
  • Setting up and supervising remote moderators
  • Coordinating with the development team, and sharing feedback and practical suggestions from players
  • Informing players about in-game changes and the company’s game development decisions


  • At least one year of experience in a customer facing role
  • Experience playing RPG games
  • English language skills (written and spoken) at the upper-intermediate level or higher
  • Ability to tailor responses to suit each individual player
  • Ability to support your opinion with arguments and analyze different points of view
  • Comfort handling objections
  • Positive thinking
  • Ability to handle high-pressure situations

  • Ability to analyze information and make prompt decisions
  • Time management skills
  • Knowledge of other foreign languages

Test task
Our recruiters will ask you to perform a test task. This will allow you to demonstrate your professional skills and give us the chance to evaluate your work.
Waiting for feedback
After you have completed your test task and sent it back to us, we will need up to 5 working days to analyze it. If your test task meets our requirements, you will be invited for an interview with the technical team lead.
Technical interview
This will give you the opportunity to tell us about your experience and allow us to explain the technical aspects of the job. If you live a long way from the studio, we can arrange a Skype interview instead.
Meeting with HR
After the technical interview, you will meet with our HR specialists. They will give you more information on your development prospects in the company and provide details about the employee benefits program.
