Plarium Kharkiv is looking for a talented Community Manager to join our Community Management Department. The department provides support to the worldwide community of users playing Plarium games. It manages the company’s official social network communities and generates multimedia content for them.

Responsibilities:

  • Communicating with our players
  • Coordinating with remote moderators
  • Collecting player feedback and relaying it to the development team
  • Explaining in-game changes and the company’s game development decisions to players

Requirements:

  • At least one year of experience in a customer facing role
  • English language skills at the upper-intermediate level or higher
  • Ability to tailor responses to suit each individual player
  • Time management skills
  • Ability to form logical arguments
  • Comfort handling objections
  • Positive attitude
  • High stress tolerance level

Desired:

  • MMO gaming experience
  • Ability to learn quickly
  • Ability to analyze information and make prompt decisions
  • Knowledge of other foreign languages
