Plarium Ukraine is looking for a talented Community Manager to join our Community Management Department. The department looks after the playerbase of 12 Plarium games across various social media platforms and forums. The team also creates image, text, and video content. Player feedback collected by Community Managers helps our game development teams improve our games and understand our players.

The successful applicant will be able to work at our Lviv office and remotely in Ukraine or Poland.

Responsibilities

  • Creating informative and entertaining content for our community platforms

  • Establishing and maintaining relationships with community moderators

  • Collaborating with game designers and production teams

  • Collecting, analyzing, and providing player feedback to developers

  • Forming brand awareness through continuous communication with players and brand ambassadors

Requirements

  • At least 1 year of experience in a player-facing role

  • Ability to work well as part of a team

  • Copywriting experience

  • English language skills at an Advanced level or higher

Desired

  • Knowledge of Jira and Confluence

  • Experience with games in the strategy genre
