We are looking for a talented Art Manager to join our RPG Department, which develops and supports Raid: Shadow Legends, a collection MMORPG in a dark fantasy setting enjoyed by more than 81 million players worldwide. The game is available on iOS, Android, and PC/Mac.

The successful applicant will manage the art team - consisting of over 40 experienced professionals across Character Art, Animation, 2D Art, Concept Art, and Environment Art - and coordinate the production of artistic content. You can check out some of their work on ArtStation.

  • Coordinating the teams responsible for producing graphical and animation content

  • Organizing graphical materials

  • Preparing reports and undertaking administration

  • Improving existing team workflow and implementing new working processes

  • Collaborating with other departments and external teams


  • At least 1 year of relevant work experience

  • Understanding of the game development process and life cycle

  • Ability to effectively prioritize tasks

  • English language skills at the intermediate level or higher

  • Fluency in Ukrainian


  • Experience collaborating with artists

  • Experience working with JIRA and Confluence

  • Knowledge of Agile principles and either Scrum or Kanban methodology
