RAID: Shadow Legends, Mech Arena, and our other 18 hit titles unite more than 450 million players worldwide. With over 14 years’ experience, we strive for boundary-pushing gameplay and graphics. We pair this with our dedication to innovation through analytics, marketing, and community interaction.

We are looking for a Project Manager to join our Action Games Department, which develops Mech Arena, a third-person PvP shooter focused on team interaction, competition, character and weapon development. You can find it on iOS, Android, and PC/Mac.

The successful candidate will be managing the full cycle of content development across multiple art teams, leading their own team, and collaborating with specialists in areas including concept art, 3D, Technical Art, VFX, animation, game design, game development, QA testing, and marketing. Their responsibilities will also encompass interacting with outsourced teams.

Responsibilities

  • Planning workflow and assessing requirements

  • Managing project risks and changes

  • Optimizing processes in cross-functional teams

  • Identifying and solving problems in processes

  • Monitoring development processes and task deadlines

  • Improving the team's efficiency and self-organization

  • Creating and managing project documentation

  • Facilitating team meetings and generating ideas to improve team interaction

  • Providing project reports

What we expect

  • 3+ years of experience working as a Project Manager/Art Manager for IT projects

  • Experience managing projects using Agile methodology

  • Experience working with Jira, Confluence, Miro, and Google Workspace

  • Experience managing teams of 20+ specialists

  • Experience creating project documentation

  • Knowledge of different task management approaches

  • Ability to facilitate meetings

  • Risk management skills

  • Business orientation and product thinking

  • Fluency in Ukrainian

  • English language skills at the Advanced (С1) level or higher

Desired

  • Experience working in game development

  • Agile certifications (e.g. ACP, CSM, CPO)
