Plarium Kharkiv is looking for talented Art Coordinators to join our RPG department, which develops RAID: Shadow Legends. RAID is a collection MMORPG enjoyed by more than 76 million players worldwide. It combines battle collection mechanics, dark fantasy, and cutting-edge graphics. The game was nominated for Google Play’s “Best of 2019” Users’ Choice Award and was featured in numerous countries by Google and Apple. The game is available on iOS, Android, and PC/Mac.

Successful candidates will be able to work at our Kharkiv office or remotely (Ukraine only).

  • Coordinating the teams (including the remote teams) responsible for producing graphical content and animations for our projects
  • Organizing graphical content
  • Preparing reporting documents
  • Improving the art team’s existing work processes and introducing new ones
  • Cooperating with other departments, as well as with external teams


  • At least 1 year of relevant work experience
  • Understanding of the development life cycle and process
  • Ability to prioritize tasks
  • English language skills at the intermediate level or higher


  • Experience working with Jira and Confluence
  • Knowledge of Agile principles and Scrum or Kanban methodology
  • Experience cooperating with artists

This will give you the opportunity to tell us about your experience and allow us to explain the technical aspects of the job. If you live a long way from the studio, we can arrange a Skype interview instead.
Meeting with HR
After the technical interview, you will meet with our HR specialists. They will give you more information on your development prospects in the company and provide details about the employee benefits program.
