The Marketing Department is the fastest-growing department at Plarium, and its focus is not merely to expose as many people as possible to our games, but rather to bring our games to true gamers through rigorous analytics! Our goal is to optimize our campaigns with the most effective combination of graphics, text and reach to make sure that our games reach those unique individuals who would enjoy them the most. As a part of our Google & Apple team, you will be responsible for large marketing accounts. Apple Search Ads helps gamers discover our games when they search on the App Store. You will be expected to be hands-on of large-scale advertising budgets - to develop campaign strategy, conduct A/B tests, reporting and analyzing your activities, conduct market, and competitors research, as well as being creative thinker.


-Setting, optimizing, and scaling Apple search Ads campaigns in order to achieve activity KPIs

  • Analyze performance based on ROI and engagement to drive actionable insights
  • Run ongoing KW/placements testing on different activity parameters
  • Generate weekly and monthly performance reports for all major metrics, goals and KPI's
  • Managing and nurturing relationships with Apple's account managers.
  • Stay on top of technology and best practice
  • Develop a strong understanding of the gaming industry, competition, and marketing ecosystem

What we expect:

  • 1+ year experience in Apple search Ads /Google ads (search)– Must
  • Mobile marketing experience – Big advantage
  • Proven experience in YouTube, Bing, Google Analytics, and other PPC platforms like Facebook and Native Advertising – an advantage
  • Gaming industry experience – an advantage
  • Strong Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Advanced Formulas)
  • Data-Driven mentality and out of the box thinking
  • Self-motivated, reliable, and responsible
  • Team player and a great communicator
  • Can-do attitude!
  • Must be able to prioritize and meet deadlines

Meeting with HR
After the professional/team lead interview, you will meet with our HR specialist. They will give you more information about your development prospects in the company and provide details regarding our employee benefits program.
Meeting with the VP / CEO
In some cases, depending on the position, you will be invited to meet the VP / CEO, for a final decision.
