Affiliate Account Manager

About the department:

If you know how to Own, Drive, Deliver, Execute and are passionate about PC gaming - then join our winning team. The successful candidate will take ownership of high-scale user acquisition activity.

You will be responsible for achieving marketing KPIs, managing the day-to-day activities involved with the company’s affiliates as well as recruit new affiliates to join us.


  • Develop strong relationships with publishing partners

  • Proactively monitor traffic sources on all campaigns in order to acquire a positive ROI for all marketing campaigns

  • Be in constant communication with affiliates via email, Skype, telephone and other communication applications required to achieve the company goals

  • Seeking and developing new affiliate relationships

  • Working closely with other departments to determine best markets, volumes, and types of traffic to pursue

  • Negotiate terms and conditions for various cost models

What we expect:

  • 2 + years prior experience in Affiliate Marketing. Gaming – A plus

  • Strong computer skills and proficiency in MS Office- Especially Excel

  • Experience with Influencers activities - an advantage

  • Excellent written and spoken communication skills

  • Dedicated to working hard and taking on responsibilities

  • Strong understanding of the Internet advertising industry

  • Able to multitask with effective resolution management in a fast-paced, growing environment

  • Have established contacts with Affiliates and media networks

  • High Level of English

Test task
Our recruiters will ask you to perform a test task. This will allow you to demonstrate your professional skills and give us the chance to evaluate your work. If your test task meets our requirements, you will be invited for an interview with the technical team lead.

This will give you the opportunity to tell us about your experience and allow us to explain the technical aspects of the job. If you live a long way from the studio, we can arrange a Skype interview instead.
Meeting with HR
After the professional/team lead interview, you will meet with our HR specialist. They will give you more information about your development prospects in the company and provide details regarding our employee benefits program.
Meeting with the VP / CEO
In some cases, depending on the position, you will be invited to meet the VP / CEO, for a final decision.
Ready to start
Once the above stages are complete, we will invite you to our studio to make a formal job offer. If you live in another city or country, you can use our relocation program to help you hit the ground running.
