We are looking for a talented Staff Accounting Specialist to join our Finance Department, which is responsible for maintaining accounts, tax records, financial planning, management of the company’s funds, and many other related tasks. The department currently consists of over 10 specialists.
The successful candidate will join the Staff Accounting team, which is made up of more than three specialists who provide personnel support in Ukraine and Poland. They will collaborate with the Accounting, Legal, and HR BP teams.
Maintaining staff document flow for the company
Maintaining databases of employees and keeping personal information up to date
Maintaining employee timesheets as well as documenting all types of absences including vacations, sick leaves, etc.
Providing documentary support for the company’s benefits
Participating in the development and improvement of personnel processes
At least two years of relevant work experience
Knowledge of Polish labor laws: Labor Code, Employee Capital Plans Law, and other regulations in the field of labor law
Understanding of basic personnel processes
Knowledge of the requirements for storing personnel documentation as well as rules for its structuring and use
Knowledge of Enova, Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Fluency in Ukrainian
Polish language skills at the C1+ level or higher
Theoretical and practical knowledge of payroll and salary constituents
Experience working with ZUS ZUA, ZUS RCA, PIT-11, and other declarations
Experience passing personnel inspections and external audits
Experience using Płatnik, Workday, Autenti, and ZUS PUE
Business writing skills
