We are looking for a professional individual to coordinate and oversee our organization’s operations and purchasing. This candidate will manage an amazing team of operational and administrative specialist. We are looking for someone has experience with managing operational aspect of a medium office complex, external vendors, food, and beverage and assist with all departmental needs of the company.
To be a successful hire you need to have prior experience in this field from a large Hi Tech organization and someone who is not afraid of challenges that come with a dynamic and ever evolving company. Our Operations department is at the center of our organization a therefore we are looking for people person to come a join the team.
We are about to embark on a large and significant office renovation, and you will be at the center of all operational aspects!
At least 5 years exp managing operations and purchasing for a Hi Tech company- A Must
BA degree in Business, Operations management, or relevant degree.
Experience managing a team and operations over a large office space of 3 floors
Experience with office renovations and project management- A plus
Familiarity with sourcing and vendor management
A knack for negotiation and networking
Solid judgement along with decision making skills
Strong leadership capabilities
Familiarity with business and financial principles
Excellent communication skills
Manage all office operational and purchasing aspects
Lead a team of operational specialist. Supervising, mentoring, training, and coaching our office staff and delegating assignments to ensure maximum productivity
Develop, implement, and review operational policies and procedures
Oversea purchasing office supplies, equipment, food, and beverage and maintaining proper stock levels.
Work with senior stakeholders
Supporting all functions of the business to work together
Ensuring staff working are happy and are operating efficiently
Seek and partner with reliable vendors and suppliers
Assist all departments when needed
Build alliances and partnerships with other organizations
