Role and Responsibility:

  • Manage the Google & Search team (Apple Search Ads and more), budget ownership and planning, own all of the search platforms assets and projects
  • Set clear team goals to meet business KPIs, supervise, develop high standards working methods and set deadlines. Develop and share professional knowledge
  • Identification of new opportunities, platforms and trends to help drive growth strategies
  • Analyze key performance indicators for continuous optimization of paid acquisition to achieve volume, quality, and ROAS goals 
  • Leverage data to identify areas of opportunity and execute A/B tests
  • Provide strategic leadership and creative thinking tied to the analysis of marketing trends
  • Develop initiatives, new insights and process improvements for user acquisition management, analysis, and reporting
  • Build and maintain strategic relationships with key marketing partners 
  • Keep management updated on team performance and taking an active part in the strategic planning of the operations
  • Lead cross-teams and studios projects to advance strategic initiatives
  • Build a strategy to launch new games, creative preparation and define KPIs
  • Ongoing collaboration and analysis with creative production and game studios (from soft launch and after hard launch) - High communication skills
  • Set requirements to our marketing BI development team according to needs
  • Develop new features and reports to optimize and monitor the team activity, using the marketing in-house BI system (for example, LTV, ROI forecasting, automatic rules, creative, etc.)
  • Recruit, maintain and develop the team members and team - build a passionate, professional, united, enjoyable and performance-driven team 

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of hands-on user acquisition experience in the mobile space 
  • 2+ years of managerial experience
  • Deep understanding and hands-on experience of the mobile ecosystem, Search, Social and Ad networks, including tracking tools, technical integrations, and best practices
  • Performance-oriented, heavy mobile marketing and growth understanding
  • Exceptional data analytics skills and experience working in a results-driven orientation
  • Proven experience at managing large-scale marketing teams
  • Strong leadership skills and a proven ability to manage, mentor and develop high performing and highly engaged teams
  • Excellent in-person communication
  • Demonstrated critical strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities 
  • Advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables, Vlookup, Advanced Formulas, Data Manipulation)
  • Highly effective verbal and written communication, reporting and presentation skills
  • Excellent English skills, both verbal and written | Russian - an advantage
  • Deep understanding of the online gaming industry – a significant advantage
