THE SHARD CHASE DRAW IS OPEN ONLY TO NEW USERS WITH A RAID PLAYER ID CREATED ON OR AFTER JUNE 1st 2023, ARE AT LEAST 18 YEARS OF AGE AT ENTRY, AND ARE LEGAL RESIDENTS OF UNITED STATES AND THE DISTRICT OF COLUMBIA (EXCLUDING NEW YORK AND FLORIDA). VOID WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW.

Promotion Description: The following promotion Official Rules (“Official Rules”) apply to the Twitch Extension “Shard Chase” Promotion, which is composed of two promotional events, (1) the “Shard Chase Giveaway (section 3 below);” and (2) the “Shard Chase Draw” (section 4 below) (together, the “Promotion”). To participate in either the Shard Chase Giveaway or Shard Chase Draw, first confirm whether you are eligible to participate in either promotion (as described in Sections 3 and 4 below) and, if you are eligible, follow the respective participation and entry instructions below.
Agreement to Official Rules: By participating in either the Shard Chase Giveaway or Shard Chase Draw, you unconditionally accept and agree to comply with and abide by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Promotion Sponsor, Plarium Global Ltd., located at 2 Abba Eban Bld., 4672520, Herzliya Pituach and its affiliates (collectively, “Plarium” or “Sponsor”), which shall be final and binding in all respects (without prejudice to the Entrant’s legal rights and remedies available to them under applicable law, including their right to commence legal proceedings).

Shard Chase Giveaway: Participants will interact with a Twitch.tv (“Twitch.tv”) Extension on a PC or Mobile Device and play the “Shard Chase” mini-game (the “Extension”) of Raid: Shadow Legends (the “Game” or “RAID”) in compliance with the instructions set out in this section 3. Downloading and playing the Extension mini-game as instructed below will entitle Entrants to participate in the Shard Chase Giveaway and receive in-game rewards.

Shard Chase Giveaway Promotion Period. The Shard Chase Giveaway begins on November 10th, at 12:01 a.m. Eastern Time and ends on December 10th 2023 at 11:59 p.m. Eastern Time (the "Giveaway Period").
Shard Chase Giveaway Eligibility Requirements: To be eligible to participate in the Shard Chase Giveaway (a “Eligible Giveaway Participant”) you must:
i. Confirm verification of your Twitch ID;
ii. Be a Raid Shadow Legends User with an active “Raid Player Id” and an active “Game Account"; and
- How to find your pre-existing Raid Player Id: Visit the support page for the Game available here: https://raid-support.plarium.com/hc/en-us/articles/360014057059-How-do-I-find-my-game-ID.
- How to create a new Raid Player Id and Game Account: Download the Game to mobile device and/or to PC device (where applicable) (the “Device”) and open an active Raid Player Id and an active Game Account (“Game Account” and “Raid Player Id”).
iii. Be age 18 or older (or the age of majority in your state of residence, whichever is older) at the time of entry.

How to Participate in Shard Chase Giveaway: During the Giveaway Period, Eligible Giveaway Participants can participate in the Shard Chase Giveaway by completing the steps as instructed below:

Step 1 - Log into your Twitch account at Twitch.tv (if you don’t have a Twitch account, you can create one for free at twitch.tv).

Step 2 - Receive an invitation to play the Extension: Twitch.tv viewers (a “Viewer”) will be offered to play a RAID themed “mini game” (“Mini Game”) during the viewing of sponsored streams on Twitch.tv during the promotional period.

Step 3 - Play the Mini Game: The Mini Game is a short arcade game where the objective is to catch falling “shards” in various colors by moving the animated character (a “mini Galek”) across the Extension screen while avoiding being hit by a “grey shards” to lose a life. Collecting “shards” will entitle the player with points: 1 point for a Mystery (green) shard, 2 points for an Ancient (blue) shard, 3 points for a Void (violet) shard, 4 points for a Sacred (yellow) shard. The speed of the falling “shards” in the Mini Game increases over time. Every Entrant will be granted with 3 chances (“lives”) to collect as many points as possible. The score achieved in the Extension will appear in a Leaderboard (“Leaderboard”). Note: The score provided at the end of the Mini Game and the Leaderboard will not impact Eligibility in accordance with these Official Rules. The Mini Game and the Leaderboard are solely for entertainment purposes and the enhancement of Entrant’s experience.

Step 4 - Receive In-Game Reward: All Eligible Entrants who complete Steps 1 - 3 as instructed above, and otherwise comply with these Official Rules, will randomly receive one of four packages as described in the list below (the “In-Game Reward”). To redeem the in-game reward/s, Entrants must follow the instructions provided in the In-Game Reward Notification. Once redeemed, the In-Game Reward would appear in your inbox.

LIMIT: ONE entry into the Shard Chase Giveaway per person during the Promotion Period. The Mini Game will be available for play multiple times, but only ONE in game reward will be available for each Eligible Giveaway Entrant.

Shard Chase Draw (US Residents Only - Excl. FL & NY): During the Draw Period, Eligible Draw Participant(s) (as defined below) can enter one of two random draws to potentially win prizes.
1. Shard Chase Draw Eligibility Requirements: To be eligible to participate in the Shard Chase Draw a “Eligible Draw Participant,” you must:
  
  i.    Be a resident of the United States (excluding residents of New York and Florida) and D.C.;
  
  ii.    Be a Raid Shadow Legends New User (as defined in Section 5.1 below) who created their first Raid Shadow Legends account after June 1st, 2023 at 12:00am Eastern Time.
  
  iii.    Have an active “Raid Player Id” and an active “Game Account"; and

  - How to create a new Raid Player Id and Game Account: Download the Game to a mobile device and/or to your PC (where applicable) (the “Device”) and open an active Raid Player Id and an active Game Account (“Game Account” and “Raid Player Id”).
  iv. Be 18 years of age or older (or the age of maturity in your state of residence, whichever is older) at the time of entry.
2. How to Participate in the Shard Chase Draw: During the Draw Period, Eligible Draw Participants can enter the Shard Chase Draw by completing the steps in Section 4.2i below. Their Submission will be entered into either the first Draw or second Draw, depending on the date of entry (as described in Section 4.2.ii below):
  
  i. Entry Instructions:
  Step 1 – follow the instructions and steps 1- 4 to participate in the Shard Chase Giveaway, as specified in section 3.3 above (i.e.: Log into your Twitch account at Twitch.tv; Receive an invitation to download the Extension; Play the Mini Game)
  
  Step 2 – Register for the Draw - After receiving the In-Game Reward Notification, as detailed in step 4 in section 3.3 above, Eligible Entrants (as described in section 4.1 above), will be offered to enter a Draw to win Prizes. In order to enter the Draw, Eligible Entrants must register for the Draw by (i) submitting a valid Raid Player ID and a valid email address (ii) completing all other required steps as presented in the registration process, including checking the relevant checkbox/s for confirmations; and (iii) clicking the “Join” button (“Submission”); Upon completing these steps and being verified by the Sponsor (in accordance with Section 6.4, Entrants will receive one Entry into the First or Second Draw (depending on the date on which they entered, as described below).
  
  ii. Entry into First or Second Draw Date:
  First Draw EntryNovember 10, 2023 - November 23, 2023: Submissions received by Sponsor between November 10, 2023 at 12:01 a.m. Eastern time and November 23, 2023, at 11:59 p.m. Eastern Time (the “First Draw Period”) will be entered into the First Draw (described in Section 4.3.i below).
  
  Second Draw Entry November 24, 2023 - December 10, 2023: Submissions received by Sponsor between November 24, 2023 at 12:01 a.m. Eastern Time and December 10, 2023 at 11:59 p.m. Eastern Time (the “Second Draw Period”) will be entered into the Second Draw (described in Section 4.3.ii below).
  
  LIMIT: ONE entry into the Shard Chase Draw per person during the Promotion Period. For example: Entrants who entered the First Draw Period will be eligible to be selected in the First Draw, but their entry will not carry over to the Second Draw. Entrants who entered during the First Draw Period are prohibited from entering the Second Draw Period. Entrants who entered during the Second Draw Period will be eligible to be selected in the Second Draw.
3. Shard Chase Draw Prizes and Prize Notification: DWinners will be randomly selected on the dates specified below (together the “Draw Dates”) to receive the prizes specified below.
  
  i. First Draw - December 1: On or about December 1, 2023, Sponsor will randomly select the potential winners of the below prizes from among all Eligible Draw Entrants for the First Draw Period:
  - 5K USD Amazon Gift Cards: 53 potential winners will be randomly selected to each receive one [Amazon Gift Card]; and
  - Raid: Shadow Legends In-Game Items: 50 potential winners will be randomly selected to each receive one in game promo code. Approximate Retail Value ("ARV”) of each In-Game Item: $47.
  ii. Second Draw - December 18: On or about December 18, 2023, Sponsor will randomly select the potential winners of the below prizes from among all Eligible Draw Entrants for the Second Draw Period:
  - 5K USD Amazon Gift Cards: 53 potential winners will be randomly selected to each receive one [Amazon Gift Card]; and
  - Raid: Shadow Legends In-Game Items: 50 potential winners will be randomly selected to each receive one in game promo code. Approximate Retail Value ("ARV”) of each In-Game Item: $47.
  Total ARV of all prizes in the Draw: 14.7K USD.
  Participants randomly selected in the First or Second Draw shall be defined as “Entitled Winner(s)”.
  
  iii. See additional terms and conditions applicable to Draw Prizes in Section 5 of these Official Rules.
  
  iv. Entitled Winners that won a Prize in on of the Draw Dates will receive an e-mail notification notifying them of the Prize within 7 days following the Draw Date at their email address provided, as described in section 4.2.i above (“Winner Notification”). Entitled Winners should follow the directions to redeem the Prize as provided in the Winner Notification.
Restrictions Applicable to Giveaway Gifts and Draw Prizes:
1. Prizes issued to Entitled Winners of the Promotion will be provided in a digital form, such as a digital code (“Digital Code”) that will be required to be inserted in the relevant account to redeem the Prize (a Digital Code for Game Accounts for in-game rewards and/or Digital Code for Amazon Accounts for Amazon.com Gift Cards). Instructions on how to redeem any Prize or rewards will be provided to Winners within the Winner Notification.
2. No cash or other substitution, assignment or transfer of any Prizes permitted, except the Sponsor reserves the right to substitute comparable prize(s) of equal or higher value if any Prize listed is unavailable, in whole or in part, for any reason. Prizes will be awarded only if each Entitled Winner fully complies with these Official Rules and Eligibility Requirements. Winners are responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes and fees associated with prize receipt and/or use.
3. Plarium makes no warranties, and hereby disclaims any and all warranties, express or implied, concerning any prize furnished in connection with the Promotion. WITHOUT LIMITING THE GENERALITY OF THE FOREGOING, SUCH PRIZES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, AND PLARIUM HEREBY DISCLAIMS ALL SUCH WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND/OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.
4. Entitled Winners may be required to execute an Affidavit of Eligibility, a Liability Release, and/or a Publicity Release (collectively, “Prize Claim Documents”) by the Sponsor or the Administrator as a condition to be entitled to the Prize. In the event that an Entitled Winner is asked to provide Prize Claims Documents as a condition for the Prize, and the Entitled Winner (i) refuses to sign and return all Prize Claim Documents within an appropriate period specified in the Prize Notification (at least 7 days from such notification), or (ii) found by the Administrator or the Sponsor to be ineligible to enter the Promotion according to these Official Rules, the Sponsor or the Administrator may disqualify the Entitled Winner.
5. Within the process of announcing Entitled Winners about their win, and the completion of the final list of all Entitled Winners that have completed all requirements as set forth in these Official Rules (including completion of Prize Claim Documents by Entitled Winners, if requested), and no longer than 7 days after the Winner Notification, the Administrator and/or the Sponsor (as the case may be) will provide the Entitled Winners with the Prize.
6. Plarium shall have no liability if the Winner Notification and/or the email with the Prize is lost, intercepted, or not received by an Entitled Winner for any reason outside the control and responsibility of Sponsor and/or the Administrator or when an Entrant did not meet the Eligibility Requirement and was disqualified in accordance with these Official Rules. It is the Entrant’s full responsibility to provide full and accurate details and to read, acknowledge and accept the terms of the Promotion and its Official Rules, in order to be entitled to enter the Promotion, the Draw or to receive a Prize.
7. Any acceptance and redemption of an Amazon.com Gift Card Prize by an Entitled Winner and the use of the Amazon Gift Card and Account is subject To Amazon.com Terms and Conditions. By accepting and redeeming the Amazon Gift Card Prize, the Entitled Winner acknowledges, agrees and accepts to be bound by Amazon.com Gift Card Terms and Conditions.
8. The Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any individual as an Entitled Winner in the event he was found to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Promotion, to be acting in violation of these Official Rules, or to be acting in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner, or with the intent to disrupt or undermine the legitimate operation of the Promotion, or to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person, and Plarium reserves the right to seek damages and other remedies from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Limitations and Restrictions of Participation:
1. Participation in the Shard Chase Draw is OPEN ONLY TO NEW RAID SHADOW LEGENDS USERS: Participation is only open to individuals who, after June 1st, 2023, downloaded and opened a Raid Shadow Legends Game Account within the Promotion Period and have a valid Player Id in time of Entry; No users with an active Game Account and a Player Id created before [June 1st], 2023 will be considered as Eligible Entrants for either the Draw or Giveaway Promotions. RE-INSTALATION OF THE GAME WILL NOT BE ACCOUNTED AS A “NEW USER” FOR THE PURPOSE OF THE PROMOTION AND SHALL NOT BE ELIGIBLE FOR PRIZE/S. The Sponsor or the Administrator shall not be held responsible if the Game was previously installed on a Device prior to June 1st, 2023 or re-installed on a Device. In this case, an Entrant shall not be considered an Eligible Entrant and may be disqualified.
2. Participation subject to authentication by the Administrator through Twitch.tv ID: Your ability to participate in the Shard Chase Giveaway or Shard Chase Draw or receive an In-Game reward is subject to the authentication by the Viewer of his Twitch.tv ID by the Extension. All Entitled Winners are subject to verification of their Raid Id before any Prize will be awarded.
3. Participation subject to Twitch Terms of Service: By opening an account with Twitch.tv the Viewer is accepting Twitch.tv Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. By authorizing the Extension with your Twitch.tv user Id, the Entrant agrees to the Terms of Service and Twitch’s Privacy Policy. Subject to these Official Rules and the Promotion Privacy Notice, the authenticating of your Twitch.tv Id is for validation purposes only and done by the Extension directly. The Twitch.tv user Id shall not be transferred to or stored by the Sponsor and/or the Administrator and will serve only to validate the Viewer by the Extension. The Sponsor or the Administrator shall not be liable or responsible for any failure by the Extension or by any third party related to the operation and/or any conduct of the Extension, including failure to validate the Twitch.tv user Id.
4. The Sponsor or Administrator will verify Entrants’ eligibility prior to the Draw.
5. ALL ENTITLED WINNERS THAT WERE DRAWN MAY BE SUBJECT TO ADDITIONAL VALIDATION BY SPONSOR OR ADMINISTRATOR, WHOSE DECISIONS ARE FINAL AND BINDING. AN ENTRANT TO THE SHARD CHASE DRAW IS NOT A WINNER OF ANY PRIZE, EVEN IF THE MINI-GAME, THE LEADERBOARD OR OTHER ANNOUNCEMENT SHOULD SO INDICATE, UNLESS AND UNTIL ENTRANT’S ELIGIBILITY AND THE ENTITLED WINNER HAVE BEEN VALIDATED IN ACCORDANCE WITH THESE OFFICIAL RULES, AND UNLESS THE ENTRANT HAS BEEN NOTIFIED OTHERWISE. SPONSOR OR THE ADMINISTRATOR WILL NOT ACCEPT SCREEN SHOTS OR OTHER EVIDENCE OF A WIN IN LIEU OF ITS VALIDATION PROCESS.
6. Downloading the Game and Game Accounts are free, but subject to the Terms of Use of Plarium. Entrants can download the Game with a direct link to from the relevant app store by clicking the banner located on the Promotion Landing Page or from the direct link under each influencer video or alternatively download the Game directly from the designated app store (on Google Play™ for Android, on App Store® for iOS), or with PlariumPlay Plarium.com/en/plarium-play (all together will be referred hereunder as “Store”). By downloading the Game to a Device from a Store, the Entrant will be subject and may be required to accept the Store’s Terms and Conditions/Terms of Use or any applicable Store’s Privacy Policy. Visit Plarium.com to follow the links and instructions to download the Game and create a Game Account or Plarium Id.
7. Entry must be made by the Entrant, only in the manner described in these Official Rules and subject to the Eligibility Requirements. Any attempt by an Entrant to obtain more than one entry by using multiple/different email addresses, identities, registrations, logins or any other methods, or by tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Promotion, including but not limited to the use of any Device to automate the entry process, is prohibited and any entries that have been submitted in this manner will be void. In the event a dispute regarding the identity of the individual who actually submitted an entry cannot be resolved, the affected entry(ies) will be deemed ineligible.
8. Plarium reserves the right to disqualify or prohibit an Entrant from participating in the Promotion or in the Draw, in the event an Entrant is found to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Promotion, to be acting in violation of these Official Rules, or to be acting in an unsportsman-like or disruptive manner, or with the intent to disrupt or undermine the legitimate operation of the Promotion, or to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person, and Plarium reserves the right to seek damages and other remedies from any such Entrant to the fullest extent permitted by law.
9. Plarium reserves the right to disqualify an Entrant as an Eligible Entrant or prohibit an Entrant of winning a Prize or disqualify an Entitled Winner, if: (i) Entrant was found to be illegible to participate in the Promotion subject to sections 5 and/or 6 to these official Rules; (ii) it determines that an Entrant is attempting to undermine the legitimate operation of the Promotion by cheating, hacking, deception, or other unfair playing practices (including the use of automated quick entry programs) or intending to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other Entrants or Plarium’s representatives. No mechanically reproduced, illegible, incomplete, forged, software-generated or other automated multiple entries will be accepted. If a dispute as to the identity of the individual who actually submitted an entry cannot be resolved, the affected entry will be deemed ineligible.
10. Employees, officers, directors, representatives, and agents of Plarium, the Administrator and their affiliated companies, subsidiaries, and the advertising and promotion agencies that conduct this Promotion (collectively, “Promotion Entities”) and each of their immediate family members (i.e. spouse, parent, child, sibling, and their respective spouses and the “steps” of each, regardless of where they reside) and persons living in the same household of each, whether or not related, are not eligible to enter the Promotion or win a Prize.
General Conditions.
1. Intellectual Property. By participating in the Promotion, every Entrant hereby agrees to Plarium’s general terms regarding intellectual property as specified in the Terms of Use, including and without derogating, Plarium’s intellectual property rights in its services, underlying technology, designs, marks, trademarks, logos, and service marks displayed and/or all information and content available on or through the Game and/or the Extension and in the course of this Promotion, including any Intellectual Property rights incorporated in the Prize and the designs thereto (“Marks”). You are not permitted to use these Marks without our prior written consent or the consent of such third parties which may own the Marks. All Intellectual Property included in the Promotion (including but not limited to characters, graphics and storylines) are owned by Plarium. You further acknowledge and agree that you shall have no ownership or other property interest and that all rights in the Game, the Extension and any derivatives thereof are owned by Plarium. You may not otherwise use, copy, print, display, perform, reproduce, publish, license, post, transmit, modify, create derivative works of, reverse engineer, disassemble, decompile, adapt, distribute, transfer, sell, buy, or exploit our Intellectual Property or any of its features in whole or in part without our prior written authorization.
2. Plarium reserves the right to suspend, or terminate the Promotion if it determines, in its sole discretion, that the Promotion is technically impaired or corrupted or that fraud or technical problems, failures or malfunctions or other causes beyond Plarium’s control have destroyed or severely undermined or to any degree impaired the integrity, administration, security, proper play and/or feasibility of the Promotion as contemplated herein.
3. In the event Plarium is prevented from awarding Prizes or continuing with the Promotion as contemplated herein by any event beyond its control, including but not limited to fire, flood, natural or man-made epidemic of health of other means, earthquake, explosion, labor dispute or strike, act of God or public enemy, satellite or equipment failure, riot or civil disturbance, terrorist threat or activity, war (declared or undeclared) or any federal state or local government law, order, or regulation, public health crisis, order of any court or jurisdiction, or other cause not reasonably within Plarium’s control (each a “Force Majeure” event or occurrence), then Plarium shall have the right to suspend, or terminate the Promotion. Only the type and quantity of Prizes described in these Promotion Terms will be awarded.
4. As permitted by applicable laws, the invalidity or unenforceability of any provision of these Official Rules shall not affect the validity or enforceability of any other provision. In the event that any provision is determined to be invalid or otherwise unenforceable or illegal, these Official Rules shall otherwise remain in effect and shall be construed in accordance with their terms as if the invalid or illegal provision were not contained herein.
5. Data rates may apply if an Entrant download and play Raid on his mobile device. Not all mobile telephone/wireless providers carry the service necessary to participate in this Promotion. Entrants should consult their wireless provider's pricing plans. Mobile entry is not required to enter or win a Prize in this Promotion.
6. Promotion Conditions. The Promotion is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws. By participating, Entrants agree to be fully and unconditionally bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of Plarium and waive any right to claim ambiguity in any Promotion or these Official Rules.
7. Limitation of Liability. By entering the Promotion winners and Entrants agree to release and hold harmless Plarium, the Administrator and its subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, partners, representatives, agents, successors, assigns, employees, officers and directors from any liability, illness, injury, death, loss, litigation, claim or damage that may occur, directly or indirectly, whether caused by negligence or not, from (i) such Entrant's participation in the Promotion and/or his/her acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any Prize or any portion thereof, (ii) technical failures of any kind, including but not limited to the malfunctioning of any computer, cable, network, hardware or software; (iii) the unavailability or inaccessibility of any transmissions or telephone or Internet service; (iv) unauthorized human intervention in any part of the entry process or the Promotion; (v) electronic or human error which may occur in the administration of the Promotion or the processing of entries; (vi) failure to supply the Prize or any part thereof, by reason of any by reason of any act of God, fire, natural disaster accident, or act of government, or any other cause beyond Plarium's and/or Administrator’s sole control; (vii) Prize’s quality or fitness for a particular purpose. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, Plarium and the Administrator are not responsible for incomplete, illegible, misdirected, misprinted, late, lost, damaged, stolen, or postage-due submissions or Prize Notifications; or for lost, interrupted, inaccessible or unavailable networks, servers, satellites, Internet service providers, websites, or other connections; or for miscommunications, failed, jumbled, scrambled, delayed, or misdirected computer, telephone or cable transmissions; or for any technical malfunctions, failures, difficulties or other errors of any kind or nature; or for failure of delivery of the Prize resulted by a third party service provider and the currier; or for the incorrect or inaccurate capture of information, or the failure to capture any information.
8. Applicable Laws. The Official Rules and any disputes or differences arising in connection to them shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of Israel. The Sponsor, Administrator and all Entrants hereby submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of the State of Israel in order to resolve any disputes. You hereby agree to this binding Arbitration Agreement. In any circumstances where the foregoing Arbitration Agreement permits the parties to litigate in court, the parties hereby agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of the courts located in Tel Aviv-Jaffa, Israel, for such purpose and you hereby waive all defenses of lack of personal jurisdiction and forum non-convenience with respect to venue and jurisdiction in the courts of Tel Aviv-Jaffa, Israel.
9. The Promotion is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited. Participation constitutes entrant’s full and unconditional agreement to these Official Rules and Sponsor’s and Administrator's decisions, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Promotion. Winning a Prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth in these Official Rules.
10. If a dispute as to the identity of the individual who actually submitted an entry cannot be resolved to Plarium’s satisfaction, the affected entry will be deemed ineligible.
11. Privacy Policy and Terms of Use. By entering the Promotion and downloading the Game, each Entrant acknowledges that they have access to Plarium's Terms of Use and Privacy Policy Privacy Policy, and that any of the Entrant’s information made available to Plarium and/or the Administrator in connection with the Promotion and for the execution and performance of the Promotion will be treated in accordance with the Promotion Privacy Notice available here: https://shardchase.plarium.com/privacy
12. These Official Rules shall supersede any contradictory terms contained in the Terms of Use.
13. Social Disclaimer. Participants of the Shard Chase Draw should understand that they provide their information (email, PlayerID) to the Sponsor and/or to the Administrator but not to other third parties such as social networks (Facebook, Google or similar), including to Twitch.tv. Also, this Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered or associated with any social network as such and/or by Amazon.Com. Entrants hereby agree to indemnify these social networks and/or Amazon.com from any and all liability related to this Promotion.
