Promotion Description. The following Gift Promotion Official Rules (“Official Rules”) apply to the RAID: Shadow Legends “RAID x YouTube Premium” Giveaway Promotion ("Promotion"). By participating in the Promotion, each entrant unconditionally accepts and agrees to comply with and abide by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Promotion sponsor, Plarium Global Ltd., located at 2 Abba Eban Blvd., 4672520, Herzliya Pituach and its affiliates (collectively, “Plarium”), which shall be final and binding in all respects (without prejudice to the Entrant’s legal rights and remedies available to them under applicable law).
Promotion Period. The Promotion begins on June 6, 2024 at 13:00 UTC (“Start Date”) and ends on July 17, 2024 at 23:59 UTC. (“End Date”) (from Start Date to End Date referred to as the "Promotion Period").
Participation Period. Entrants (as defined in section 6 below) who accept the Official Rules during the Promotion Period will have thirty (30) days from the date they accepted the Official Rules to meet the Criteria (as defined in section 7 below) for this Promotion (from date of acceptance of Official Rules to thirty days after that date referred to as the “Participation Period”).
Promotion Type: a Giveaway and an in-game item (“Giveaway” of the “Gift”) in the form as described in section 7 below and subject to the terms set forth in these Official Rules herein. The Promotion will be available for participation in the following Landing Page : https://plarium.com/en/game/raid-shadow-legends/ (“Landing Page”).
Entrant Eligibility. The Giveaway Promotion is open only to legal residents of (1) the United States and the District of Columbia, EXCLUDING NEW YORK AND FLORIDA, (2) the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland, (3) Germany, and (4) France, who are at least eighteen (18) years old at the time of entry (“Entrant”) who meet the Eligibility Requirements specified in these Official Rules and section 7 below (“Eligible Entrant”). The Promotion is open for new and existing Users (as defined in section 7 below) with an active RAID: Shadow Legends game account (“Game Account”) and an active Raid player ID (“Raid Player ID”). The Promotion is subject to all applicable national, federal, state, and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited. Participation constitutes entrant’s full and unconditional agreement to these Official Rules and Sponsor’s decisions, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Promotion. Winning a Gift is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein.
How to Enter (“Eligibility Requirements”): To participate in the Promotion and be an Eligible Entrant, an Entrant should:
Have an active Raid Player ID and an active Game Account OR download the RAID: Shadow Legends game (the “Game”) to mobile device and/or to PC device (where applicable) (the “Device”) and open an active Raid Player ID and an active Game Account (“Game Account” and “Raid Player ID”).
Enter the Event tab for the Promotion with a valid Plarium ID (“Plarium ID”). By entering the Promotion with a Plarium ID in accordance with this section, the Entrant will be required to confirm that they have read and accepted these Official Rules during the Promotion Period and that they meet the Eligibility requirements as set out in this section.
During the Participation Period, Entrants who accepted the Official Rules in the Event tab (following the above) will need to meet the following eligibility criteria (“Criteria”):
New users:
Open a Plarium ID with a valid email within the Participation Period.
Reach a game level of 20 or above during the Participation Period.
Log in to the RAID: Shadow Legends game app at least once on five (5) different days during the Participation Period.
Existing users:
Log into their RAID: Shadow Legends game account with a Plarium ID or create a new Plarium ID for their game account within the Participation Period if a Plarium ID does not exist.
Reach a game level of 20 or above during the Participation Period.
Log in to the RAID: Shadow Legends game app at least once on five (5) different days during the Participation Period.
All Entrants meeting the eligibility Criteria will receive a unique YouTube Premium code valid for a 2 month free trial and a unique in-game avatar in their Raid Game Account.
Limitations and Restrictions of Participation:
THE PROMOTION IS OPEN TO NEW AND EXISTING USERS OF THE GAME, SUBJECT TO THE TERMS OF ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS SET FORTH IN SECTIONS 6 AND 7 TO THESE OFFICIAL RULES.
GIVEAWAY AND GIFTS ARE SUBJECT TO GAME ACCOUNT/PLARIUM ID/USER ID OR IP VERIFICATION BY THE SPONSOR. ALL ENTRANTS WILL BE VERIFIED BY THE SPONSOR BEFORE RECEIVING THE GIFT. In the event that a Game Account/ Plarium ID/ User ID/ IP is not verified, the Sponsor will notify the Entrant regarding the relevant inability to verify, with further instructions to modify or correct any omissions, if applicable, including instructions on how to open a Game Account.
VERIFICATION BY SPONSOR AND ANY DECISIONS RELATED TO THE GIVEAWAY ARE FINAL AND BINDING. AN ENTRANT IS NOT ENTITLED TO ANY GIFT, EVEN IF A GIFT NOTIFICATION SHOULD SO INDICATE, UNLESS AND UNTIL THE ENTRANT’S ELIGIBILITY AND THE WIN HAVE BEEN VERIFIED OR VALIDATED IN ACCORDANCE WITH THESE OFFICIAL RULES, AND UNLESS THE ENTRANT HAS BEEN NOTIFIED OTHERWISE. SPONSOR WILL NOT ACCEPT SCREENSHOTS OR OTHER EVIDENCE OF A WIN IN LIEU OF ITS VALIDATION PROCESS.
NO MULTIPLE ENTRIES PER USER OR PERSON. Submission must be made by the Entrant, only in the manner described in these Official Rules and subject to the Eligibility Requirements. Any attempt by an Entrant to obtain more than one Submission by using multiple/different email addresses, identities, registrations, logins, accounts or any other methods, or by tampering with the Submission process or the operation of the Promotion, including but not limited to the use of any Device to automate the Submission process, is prohibited and any entries that have been submitted in this manner will be void. In the event a dispute regarding the identity of the individual who actually submitted an Submission cannot be resolved, the affected Submission(s) will be deemed ineligible.
Plarium reserves the right to disqualify an Entrant as an Eligible Entrant or prohibit an Entrant to participate in the Promotion and/or receive a Giveaway and/or the In Game Items for a specific week and/or in the Promotion in whole, or disqualify an Entrant, if: (i) Entrant was found to be ineligible to participate in the Promotion subject to sections 6 and/or 7 of these Official Rules; (ii) it determines that an Entrant is attempting to undermine the legitimate operation of the Promotion by cheating, hacking, deception, or other unfair playing practices (including the use of automated quick Submission programs) or intending to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other Entrants or Plarium’s representatives. No mechanically reproduced, illegible, incomplete, forged, software-generated or other automated multiple entries will be accepted. If a dispute as to the identity of the individual who actually submitted a Submission cannot be resolved, the affected Submission will be deemed ineligible.
Employees, officers, directors, representatives, and agents of Plarium and their affiliated companies, subsidiaries, and the advertising and promotion agencies which conduct this Promotion and each of their immediate family members (i.e. spouse, parent, child, sibling, and their respective spouses and the “steps” of each, regardless of where they reside) and persons living in the same household of each, whether or not related, are not eligible to participate in the Promotion or receive a Gift.

All verified Eligible Entrants that completed the Eligibility Requirements during the Participation Period and were verified by the Sponsor (subject to section 7 above), will receive the following Gifts:

Total ARV (Approximate Retail Value) of all In Game Items that will be distributed in the Promotion as Gifts to all users (in the event all gifts are collected in accordance with these Official Rules herein) is estimated at minimum $__ 7,000,000_____.
Total Gifts will be allocated evenly (as much as technically reasonably possible) during the days of the Promotion Period and Participation Period (“Activity Days”). Remaining Gifts at the end of each Activity Day that were not rewarded to Potential Winners in the Activity Day will be added to the pool of total Gifts for the reminder of the Promotion Period and Participation Period, and will be allocated evenly (as much as technically reasonably possible) between the Activity Days left until the End Date of the Promotion Period and Participation Period. Gifts that will remain by the end of the Promotion due to failure to validate Potential Winners or disqualification of Potential Winners (in accordance with section 11 below, or as otherwise detailed in these Official Rules), will not be further awarded.
Gifts will be provided in a digital form, such as an In-Game Gift for Game Accounts for In-Game Items and a unique digital code (“Digital Code”) that will be required to be inserted in the relevant account to redeem the Gift (a Digital Code for YouTube Premium Giveaway).
Only the type and quantity of Gifts described in these Official Rules will be awarded. No cash or other substitution, assignment or transfer of any Gifts permitted, except Plarium reserves the right to substitute comparable Gift(s) of equal or higher value if any Gift listed is unavailable, in whole or in part, for any reason. Gifts will be awarded only if a Potential Winner fully complies with these Official Rules and Eligibility Requirements. Winners are responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes and fees associated with Gift receipt and/or use.
Plarium makes no warranties, and hereby disclaims any and all warranties, express or implied, concerning any Gift furnished in connection with the Promotion. WITHOUT LIMITING THE GENERALITY OF THE FOREGOING, SUCH GIFTS ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, AND PLARIUM HEREBY DISCLAIMS ALL SUCH WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND/OR NON-INFRINGEMENT
Gifts Redemption and Verification of Potential Winners:
Potential Winners will receive an e-mail Notification notifying them of the Gift (“Winner Notification”). Potential Winners should follow the directions to redeem the Gift as provided in the Winner Notification. Potential Winners will be required to provide a valid e-mail address to receive the Digital Code associated with their Gift.
The Sponsor or Administrator will validate the Potential Winner within approximately seven (7) days following the Winner Notification. A Potential Winner who satisfies all of the necessary requirements in these Official Rules (i.e., valid Raid Player ID, Eligibility Requirements and alike) and receives a notice from the Administrator or the Sponsor upon the successful verification/validation will be considered a “Verified Winner”. Verified Winners will be provided with a confirmation by email and the Digital Code that will be sent directly to the verified and valid email as provided by the Potential Winner in accordance with clause 10.1 above. All Digital Code Gifts will be awarded digitally and only after a Potential Winner is confirmed and validated by the Sponsor or Administrator.
ALL POTENTIAL WINNERS ARE SUBJECT TO VERIFICATION BY SPONSOR OR ADMINISTRATOR, WHOSE DECISIONS ARE FINAL AND BINDING. AN ENTRANT IS NOT A WINNER OF ANY GIFT, UNLESS AND UNTIL ENTRANT’S ELIGIBILITY AND THE POTENTIAL WIN HAVE BEEN VERIFIED OR VALIDATED IN ACCORDANCE WITH THESE OFFICIAL RULES, AND THE ENTRANT HAS BEEN NOTIFIED THAT VERIFICATION/VALIDATION PROCESS IS COMPLETED IN A RETURN EMAIL FROM SPONSOR/ADMINISTRATOR. SPONSOR OR THE ADMINISTRATOR WILL NOT ACCEPT SCREENSHOTS OR OTHER EVIDENCE OF A WIN IN LIEU OF ITS VALIDATION PROCESS.
Any acceptance and redemption of a YouTube Premium Gift by a Verified Winner and the use of the YouTube Premium Gift and Account is subject to YouTube Terms and Conditions. Verified Winners will receive an automatic email that contains the YouTube Premium code.
Plarium shall have no liability if the email with the Gift is lost, intercepted, or not received by a Verified Winner for any reason outside the control and responsibility of Sponsor, including if a wrong email address is provided by the Verified Winner/Entrant at the time of registration to the Game. If any Potential Winner is found to be ineligible, or if he or she has not fully complied with these Official Rules or declines the Gift for any reason prior to award, such Potential Winner will be disqualified.
General Conditions:
Intellectual Property. By participating in the Promotion, every Entrant hereby agrees to Plarium’s general terms regarding intellectual property as specified in the Terms of Use, including and without derogating, Plarium’s intellectual property rights in the Services, underlying technology, designs, marks, trademarks, logos, and service marks displayed and/or all information and content available on or through the Service and in the course of this Promotion, including any Intellectual Property rights incorporated in the Gift and the designs thereto (“Marks”). You are not permitted to use these Marks without our prior written consent or the consent of such third parties which may own the Marks. All Intellectual Property included in the Gift and the Promotion (including printed characters, graphics, storylines) are owned by Plarium. You further acknowledge and agree that you shall have no ownership or other property interest and that all rights in the Services and any derivatives are owned by Plarium. You may not otherwise use, copy, print, display, perform, reproduce, publish, license, post, transmit, modify, create derivative works of, reverse engineer, disassemble, decompile, adapt, distribute, transfer, sell, buy, or exploit our Intellectual Property or any of its features in whole or in part without our prior written authorization.
Plarium reserves the right to suspend, or terminate the Promotion if it determines, in its sole discretion, that the Promotion is technically impaired or corrupted or that fraud or technical problems, failures or malfunctions or other causes beyond Plarium’s control have destroyed or severely undermined or to any degree impaired the integrity, administration, security, proper play and/or feasibility of the Promotion as contemplated herein.
Publicity: Except where prohibited, participation in the Promotion constitutes Entrant’s consent to Sponsor's use of Verified Winner’s name, likeness, photograph, voice, opinions, biographical information, hometown, and state for reporting purposes and promotional purposes related to Plarium’s games or similar promotions in any media without further payment or consideration for a period of 5 years.
In the event Plarium is prevented from awarding Gifts or continuing with the Promotion as contemplated herein by any event beyond its control, including but not limited to fire, flood, natural or man-made epidemic of health or other means, earthquake, explosion, labor dispute or strike, act of God or public enemy, satellite or equipment failure, riot or civil disturbance, terrorist threat or activity, war (declared or undeclared) or any federal state or local government law, order, or regulation, public health crisis, order of any court or jurisdiction, or other cause not reasonably within Plarium’s control (each a “Force Majeure” event or occurrence), then Plarium shall have the right to suspend, or terminate the Promotion. Only the type and quantity of Gifts described in these Official Rules will be awarded as permitted by applicable laws.
The invalidity or unenforceability of any provision of these rules shall not affect the validity or enforceability of any other provision. In the event that any provision is determined to be invalid or otherwise unenforceable or illegal, these rules shall otherwise remain in effect and shall be construed in accordance with their terms as if the invalid or illegal provision were not contained herein.
Data rates may apply if an Entrant downloads and plays RAID: Shadow Legends on his mobile device. Not all mobile telephone/wireless providers carry the service necessary to participate in this promotion. Entrants should consult their wireless provider's pricing plans. Mobile entry is not required to enter or win a Gift in this Promotion.
Promotion Conditions. The Promotion is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws. By participating, Entrants agree to be fully and unconditionally bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of Plarium, and waive any right to claim ambiguity in any Promotion or these Official Rules.
Limitation of Liability. By entering the Promotion winners and Entrants agree to release and hold harmless Plarium and its subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, partners, representatives, agents, successors, assigns, employees, officers and directors from any liability, illness, injury, death, loss, litigation, claim or damage that may occur, directly or indirectly, whether caused by negligence or not, from (i) such Entrant's participation in the Promotion and/or his/her acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any Gift or any portion thereof, (ii) technical failures of any kind, including but not limited to the malfunctioning of any computer, cable, network, hardware or software; (iii) the unavailability or inaccessibility of any transmissions or telephone or Internet service; (iv) unauthorized human intervention in any part of the entry process or the Promotion; (v) electronic or human error which may occur in the administration of the Promotion or the processing of entries; (vi) failure to supply the Gift or any part thereof, by reason of any act of God, fire, natural disaster, accident, or act of government, or any other cause beyond Plarium's sole control (vii) Gift’s quality or fitness for a particular purpose. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, Plarium is not responsible for incomplete, illegible, misdirected, misprinted, late, lost, damaged, stolen, or postage-due submissions or Gift notifications; or for lost, interrupted, inaccessible or unavailable networks, servers, satellites, Internet service providers, websites, or other connections; or for miscommunications, failed, jumbled, scrambled, delayed, or misdirected computer, telephone or cable transmissions; or for any technical malfunctions, failures, difficulties or other errors of any kind or nature; or for failure of delivery of the Gift resulted by a third party service provider and the courier; or for the incorrect or inaccurate capture of information, or the failure to capture any information.
Applicable Laws. The Official Rules and any disputes or differences arising in connection to them shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of Israel. The Promotion Sponsor and all Entrants hereby submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Israeli Courts in order to resolve any disputes. You hereby agree to the binding Arbitration Agreement. In any circumstances where the foregoing Arbitration Agreement permits the parties to litigate in court, the parties hereby agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of the courts located within Tel Aviv-Jaffa, Israel, for such purpose and you hereby waive all defenses of lack of personal jurisdiction and forum non-conveniens with respect to venue and jurisdiction in the courts of Tel Aviv-Jaffa, Israel.
If a dispute as to the identity of the individual who actually submitted an entry cannot be resolved to Plarium’s satisfaction, the affected entry will be deemed ineligible.
Privacy Policy and Terms of Use. By entering the Promotion and downloading the Game, each Entrant acknowledges that they have access to Plarium's Terms of Use and Privacy Policy, and that any of the Entrant’s information made available to Plarium and/or the Agency in connection with the Promotion and for the execution and performance of the Promotion will be treated in accordance with the Promotion Privacy Notice available here: https://plarium.com/en/legal/privacy-and-cookie-policy/
These Official Rules shall supersede any contradictory terms contained in the Terms of Use.
Social Disclaimer. Entrants should understand that they provide their information to Plarium, limited (email, Player ID) to the Administrator but not to other third parties such as social networks (Facebook, Google, Apple or any similar).
