About the department:

Plarium is a multinational game development company with studios in Tel Aviv, San Francisco, Michigan, Krasnodar, Kyiv, Kharkiv, Lviv, and Odesa. Our games are currently played by more than 400 million users across 150 countries.

Plarium Kharkiv is looking for talented Unity Developers to join our Audio Department, which works on the audio content of all projects undertaken at Plarium studios. The department is responsible for music, audio effects, and voice acting, as well as creating and implementing audio assets.

The successful applicant will be able to work at our Kharkiv office or remotely (Ukraine only).


  • Working on sound physics for our new AAA project using the Wwise audio engine

  • Developing audio management systems based on the Unity engine

  • Optimizing in-game audio resource usage

  • Cooperating with development teams from studios in Ukraine, Israel, and the United States

  • Enhancing the in-game audio experience for our players in cooperation with the Audio Production team

What we expect:

  • At least three years of experience working with Unity

  • Deep knowledge of C# and .NET: type systems, memory management, data structures, and algorithms

  • English language skills at the pre-intermediate level or higher


  • Experience working with Wwise

  • Experience working with ECS (Entitas, Unity DOTS)

  • Ability to optimize performance using Xcode, Unity’s Memory Profiler and Profile Analyzer

Test task
Our recruiters will ask you to perform a test task. This will allow you to demonstrate your professional skills and give us the chance to evaluate your work.
Waiting for feedback
After you have completed your test task and sent it back to us, we will need up to 5 working days to analyze it. If your test task meets our requirements, you will be invited for an interview with the technical team lead.
Technical interview
This will give you the opportunity to tell us about your experience and allow us to explain the technical aspects of the job. If you live a long way from the studio, we can arrange a Skype interview instead.
Meeting with HR
After the technical interview, you will meet with our HR specialists. They will give you more information on your development prospects in the company and provide details about the employee benefits program.
