Remote Team Coordinator

Plarium is a multinational software development company specializing in mobile and desktop games. We have studios in Tel Aviv, San Francisco, Michigan, Krasnodar, Kyiv, Kharkiv, Lviv, and Odesa. Our games are currently played by more than 380 million users across 150 countries.

Plarium Kharkiv is looking for Remote Team Coordinators to join our Remote Management Department, which is responsible for the studio’s interaction with freelancers and outsourced teams across the world. Our department coordinates the full working cycle, selects specialists, creates task descriptions, performs quality control for the сompleted tasks, and maintains documentation for the whole process.

Successful candidates will work at our Kharkiv office.

  • Allocating resources efficiently based on the current workload of remote teams and the requests of the in-house product teams
  • Assigning tasks according to team priorities and tracking task progress
  • Collaborating with in-house product teams
  • Coordinating between remote and local teams
  • Adapting the product teams' task descriptions for use by outsourced workers
  • Assessing possible risks and finding solutions that mitigate them
  • Negotiating with partners
  • Optimizing project budget spend
  • Finding the best specialists in game development all over the world
  • Maintaining documents (NDA, SOW, contracts, work completion certificates, reporting documents)


  • Strong written and verbal communication skills (both in Russian and Ukrainian)
  • English language skills at the intermediate level or higher
  • Experience maintaining business correspondence
  • Understanding of best practices for creating task descriptions
  • Knowledge of situation management basics and conflict resolution techniques
  • Experience working with Google Drive, Docs, Sheets, and Slides


  • Knowledge of risk management and project management basics
  • Experience working with graphical content in games
  • Experience working in the game industry
  • Experience working in sales
  • Understanding of the online gaming market
  • Experience coordinating in digital entertainment
