Plarium Kharkiv puts great emphasis on employee development and has created the Training & Development team within the Talent Management Department, which is responsible for the professional growth of our 600+ specialists. We are looking for talented Training & Development Managers to quickly set up educational programs and ensure that they are highly effective once implemented.

  • Analyzing employee training needs and processing applications for management training
  • Monitoring the local and foreign training services available
  • Negotiating with partners to implement new programs
  • Coordinating the development of internal training programs for managers
  • Organizing the education process and tracking its efficiency
  • Creating reports on implementation of educational projects
  • Helping to organize and store educational materials


  • At least one year of experience in the following areas: talent management, learning and development, project coordination, or internal communication
  • Ability to communicate diplomatically, both verbally and in writing 
  • Experience in preparing and giving presentations
  • Ability to process and analyze data using Google Sheets
  • Strong self-organization skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
  • English language skills at the intermediate level or higher

Test task
Our recruiters will ask you to perform a test task. This will allow you to demonstrate your professional skills and give us the chance to evaluate your work.
Waiting for feedback
After you have completed your test task and sent it back to us, we will need up to 5 working days to analyze it. If your test task meets our requirements, you will be invited for an interview with the technical team lead.
Technical interview
This will give you the opportunity to tell us about your experience and allow us to explain the technical aspects of the job. If you live a long way from the studio, we can arrange a Skype interview instead.
Meeting with HR
After the technical interview, you will meet with our HR specialists. They will give you more information on your development prospects in the company and provide details about the employee benefits program.
