As an HR Business Partner, your role will be to support the Marketing division in Plarium and be a major key holder in local & Global HR projects & corporate and cross company tasks. In this position, you will partner with management and employees to establish and implement HR strategies that foster the organization and people development, helping our employees grow and foster their potential.
The HR Business Partner is an intersection between the organization, business needs, employees and management. You will be a focal point for employment, performance evaluation compensation, career development and management development, competency & Culture development.
To be successful, you must understand the business unit you are supporting, the industry we are a part of and mainly our people and D.N.A. You'll need strong consulting expertise, a “Can do approach”, an attitude of “what else can I do”, confidence, team spirit but also individualism, analytical skills and the ability to mediate between business needs and our people’s day to day.
We are looking for Senior Human Resources professionals who have the ability to hold complex environment, dynamic structure and that are passionate about organizational work. Professionals who have the ability to see solutions rather problems and proactively deal with them.
