Plarium is looking for Game Designer who strives for excellence in monetizing games.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop game economy components and manage them
  • Manage pricing for in-game items
  • Work through game design functions that incite users back into game
  • Work closely with Analytics Team for creating new methods of collecting and analyzing metrics
  • Keep balance between profit maximization and user pressure minimization
  • Monitor game economy
  • Create scope of services in game
  • Monitor and segment market, search for new ways of monetization
  • Evolve current projects
  • Generate ideas for game mechanics

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in a role of Game Monetization Designer
  • Having portfolio with several launched projects
  • Knowledge of F2P monetization principles
  • Understanding of pricing principles
  • Knowledge of Dame Design principles
  • Solid mathematical and analytical skills
  • Experience with sales offers
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Be a team player
