Player Support Agent

Plarium is a multinational software development company specializing in mobile and browser games. We have studios in Tel Aviv, San Francisco, Michigan, Krasnodar, Kyiv, Kharkiv, Lviv, and Odesa. Our games are currently played by more than 380 million users across 150 countries.

Plarium Lviv is looking for talented Player Support Agents to join our Customer Support Department. The successful applicant will interact with our game communities and filter suggestions from players to the development team.

  • Investigating complaints from users and answering their questions through HelpDesk
  • Creating technical reports and interacting with the development team
  • Processing bug reports
  • Replying to players on the company’s official forums


  • Fluency in Russian and Ukrainian
  • English language skills at the upper-intermediate level or higher
  • Strong communication skills
  • Understanding of the principles of customer interaction
  • Ability to work in a team
  • Time management skills
  • Ability to multitask


  • At least one year of relevant work experience
  • Knowledge of the basics of website operation, including HTML and CSS
  • Understanding of software testing
  • Experience working with bug tracking systems (experience with Jira is a plus)
  • Experience playing MMORTS and MMORPG games
  • Attention to detail
  • Flexibility, curiosity, and the ability to take initiative

Test task
Our recruiters will ask you to perform a test task. This will allow you to demonstrate your professional skills and give us the chance to evaluate your work.
Waiting for feedback
After you have completed your test task and sent it back to us, we will need up to 5 working days to analyze it. If your test task meets our requirements, you will be invited for an interview with the technical team lead.
Technical interview
This will give you the opportunity to tell us about your experience and allow us to explain the technical aspects of the job. If you live a long way from the studio, we can arrange a Skype interview instead.
Meeting with HR
After the technical interview, you will meet with our HR specialists. They will give you more information on your development prospects in the company and provide details about the employee benefits program.
