Plarium Lviv is looking for talented professionals to join our Community Management Department, which provides support to users playing our games and helps in creating and improving our internal work tools.

Responsibilities:

  • Processing Bug Reports and answering player questions on Plarium forums
  • Addressing players’ questions via HelpDesk and analyzing game issues to provide solutions
  • Creating technical reports and coordinating with the development team
  • Processing and replying to player reviews on the App Store and Google Play Store 
  • Checking game updates following releases

Requirements:

  • At least 1 year of relevant work experience
  • Fluency in Russian and Ukrainian
  • English language skills at the upper-intermediate level or higher
  • Strong communication skills and sensitivity towards customer problems
  • Ability to work in a team
  • Strong time management skills with the ability to multitask

Desired:

  • Familiarity with basic web technologies
  • Knowledge of the practical aspects of software testing and experience using a bug tracking system (Jira, etc.)
  • Familiarity with a range of MMORTS and RPG games
  • Proactive and flexible approach
  • Attention to detail
  • Willingness to learn new things
