We are looking for talented Chief Accountant Specialists to join our Finance Department, which is responsible for maintaining our books. The department currently consists of over 10 specialists who work in Poland and Ukraine. The successful applicant will engage in the high-level organization and maintenance of accounts and tax records and will work in cooperation with the Staff Accounting, Accounting, and Legal teams.

Responsibilities

Organizing and maintaining accounts and tax records in accordance with Polish legislation
Preparing financial, statistical, and tax reports
Preparing management reports for internal use
Controlling the implementation of the Enova accounting system
Taking part in the development of regulations and rules within the company
Supporting the conduct of local and international audits

Requirements

At least 2 years of experience working with accounting and tax records in Poland
Experience organizing accounting records as a Chief Accountant or as the sole accountant within a company
Experience working in the Enova accounting system and interacting with customer support representatives
Experience working in Google Suite and Microsoft Office
Fluency in Ukrainian
Fluency in Polish

Desired

Experience passing tax inspections and ZUS inspections
Experience implementing the Enova accounting system
English language skills at the pre-intermediate level or higher
