Business Development Manager

The Business Development department is responsible for finding growth opportunities by M&A or any other external partnerships The department is providing industry benchmarks and insights to executive management. They also build and maintain relations with all platforms, potential partners and supporting our internal studios with all BD projects and platform collaborations


  • Track market trends, games, genres, companies in the industry
  • Identify and assess new business opportunities that meet the strategic needs of Plarium and present them to the relevant management
  • Develop a strong understanding of the gaming industry, competition and ecosystem
  • Create opportunity data base, build automated tools, gather and synthesize relevant data, lead analysis, and develop recommendations on business development priorities
  • Act as the a focal point to external partners and internal departments on Business Development projects and initiatives
  • Create strong networking in the industry and maintain connections with relevant targets
  • Support evaluation and execution of potential business opportunities

What we expect:

  • Experience and knowledge in the gaming industry (mobile gaming in particular)
  • 2-3 years of experience from a gaming company or other company in this field – must
  • Strong quantitative and analytical skills, – must
  • Project management and business development skills
  • Ability to work within a diverse and fast paced environment while managing multiple tasks under tight deadlines
  • Detail oriented, strong organizational skills, and solid follow through
  • Excellent and deep knowledge in Excel – must, SQL – advantage
  • Proven presentation skills, with the ability to generate high-impact presentations
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills along with strong verbal and written communication abilities in English
  • Able to work independently, as well as part of a team

In some cases, depending on the position, you will be invited to meet the VP / CEO, for a final decision.
