The Operation department provides ongoing operative services and support to all business units in the company, as well as building operational infrastructure designated to promote and advance the business activity and wellbeing of the company and it’s employees. We are looking for an efficient and people-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at the company’s reception.
Cover the reception desk
Provide general support to employees, visitors and suppliers
Carry out administrative duties, projects and support the HR
Resolve administrative problem
In charge of hosting guests and other employee’s visitors
Operating Ten Bis
Coordinating Interviews
Proven admin experience
Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
Excellent time management skills and ability to multitask and prioritize work
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Hebrew and English
English: Proficiency level
