Main focus of the role will be leading a team of developers delivering interactive web projects that have to integrate across a variety of products and technologies.
The main role of the tech lead will be to support their team and help with product architecture estimation and communicating the estimates and progress with all the relevant stakeholders.
The good candidate should have good people skills and should be able to handle and drive to a conclusion any technical discussions within the team and take ownership and responsibility for the solutions taken.
Good technical lead should be focused on delivery while still maintaining good quality and should have a grasp of the impact the technical decisions make on the quality and maintainability of the product over time.
- 5+ years of experience in the development
- 2+ years of experience with HTML5
- Cloud-based technologies by Google and/or Amazon
Unity and/or PlayCanvas knowledge a bonus, but not a requirement
