Responsibilities:

1. General management:

  • Recruitment and retention: hiring new staff, including training and induction, managing talent and succession planning, taking overall responsibility for recruitment activity
  • Supporting office administration, including maintenance of premises, management of office supplies, and providing support to team on IT issues
  • Designing and implementing office policies by establishing standards and procedures
  • Providing basic finance administrative support which includes managing the documentation of expenses, managing the budget, and leading the administration of Payroll processes
  • Provide general support to the administration of PM Lviv studio undertaking any other duties as required
  • Other duties as required

2. Project coordination:

  • Provide on-site leadership by building and motivating team members to meet project goals and milestones
  • Work closely with the Product Team to gather and establish project requirements, scope, and timelines
  • Full project life cycle ownership: creating and managing project timelines, dependencies, and sequencing, and highlighting risks and action plans for recovery
  • Successful project delivery will include full implementation from initiation to deployment in a timely manner
  • Coordinate teams’ efforts by establishing processes and structure ensuring clear ownership and accountability
  • Manage the day-to-day project activities
  • Provide status reporting regarding project milestones, deliverable, dependencies, risks and issues

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in recruitment and HR processes
  • 2+ years of project management or similar roles experience
  • Strong leadership, communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience leading and managing projects with cross-functional teams of different sizes
  • Attention to detail and strong organisational management skills
  • In-depth understanding of development lifecycle
  • Advanced English
