Plarium is an international software development company specializing in mobile and browser MMO games with studios in Tel Aviv, London, Michigan, Krasnodar, Kyiv, Kharkiv, Lviv, and Odesa. Our games are currently played by 250 million users across 150 countries.

The successful applicant will be employed on a full-time basis at our Kharkiv studio.

Responsibilities:

  • Participate in restructuring and forming teams
  • Conduct interviews and take part in candidate selection
  • Ensure the integration of new and/or newly transferred employees into their teams
  • Coordinate employee goal setting and evaluation
  • Conduct regular individual follow-ups with employees and managers
  • Manage employee professional development and career planning
  • Plan team-building events

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of work experience in HR
  • Strong interviewing skills, knowledge of interview methodologies
  • Experience conducting individual follow-ups with employees
  • Experience maintaining internal HR documentation
  • Priority management skills, ability to creatively problem solve
  • English language skills (written and spoken) of an intermediate level or higher
