About the Position:

The position requires providing legal service and advice to the company and its domestic and international subsidiaries, with a focus on corporate and commercial advice, intercompany transactions, corporate compliance, risk management, and similar matters. Reporting to the General Counsel.

Responsibilities:

  • Support corporate secretarial matters for group subsidiaries, including drafting and preparation of materials for subsidiary meetings
  • Draft and maintain intercompany agreements (i.e., services, lending, licensing)
  • Manage Company policies and procedures and the corporate compliance function
  • Maintain corporate formalities of Company entities, domestic and international, and prepare organizational documents and corporate actions
  • Developing and maintaining policies & procedures to support legal on commercial opportunities
  • Analyze complex legal issues and applicable laws as they relate to the company’s business
  • Provide general legal services to support the Company’s business operations
  • Review, negotiate, and draft agreements for domestic and international commercial transactions
  • Developing, amending and maintaining legal templates and legal data bases within the group
  • Assistance in advising on contractual matters and compliance matters
  • Assist in legal budget management and management of outside legal counsel

Requirements:

  • Experience in Corporate, Contracts and Commercial Law
  • High Proofreading proficiency
  • Fluent in English
  • A Law Degree from an accredited institution required
  • 1+ years in a top ranked Law Firm or High-tech company
  • Experience in Corporate, Contracts and Commercial Law
  • High Proofreading proficiency
  • Proven industry experience in the gaming sector – Advantage Professional requirements
  • Ability to work as part of a team
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong legal writing skills required
  • Strong work ethic and enthusiasm for taking on a wide range
