Description:

Building the marketing creative process, bringing new ideas for advertising, and branding our games.

Responsibility:

  • Provide leadership and creative vision for the development and implementation of flawless marketing communications
  • Create a unified product identity throughout the entire marketing touch point
  • Drive strategic ‘macro’ thinking while effectively crafting design details to support creative programs and design concepts that meet the product brand and business objectives, and advance our retail strategy
  • Translate ideas and forward them to the production teams while understanding the context, insight, and visual design
  • Ongoing and post-campaign analysis. Implementation of analysis results into creative communication
  • Develop new creative ideas based on marketing tasks
  • Generate multiple concepts supporting campaigns or projects

Qualifications:

  • BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience
  • Fluent English, Russian and Hebrew
  • Experience with graphic design tools across a variety of media including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign and video editing
  • Strong experience in digital with the ability to storyboard or translate ideas to designers and develop innovative solutions
  • Experience in design, product brand development, interactive commerce and creative process
  • Ability to demonstrate new thinking where creative boundaries around digital and physical integration have been pushed
  • Ability to effectively communicate and lead projects from concept to completion, and lead, manage and motivate virtual teams and outside agencies
